PASMA is the recognised authority for mobile access towers, advancing safety, standards, and best practices across multiple sectors while representing the interests of its members. To strengthen its market leadership in digital services, PASMA sought to develop a solution for reporting, monitoring, and capturing inspections and audits. While tailored specifically for towers, the platform needed the flexibility to support other products and services.

We developed an app that communicates a vast range of practical information that is used on a day-to-day basis and encourages a safer approach to scaffold construction. At the same time, it supports a speedier and more competent way of working. The app provides access to several invaluable features to deliver the best possible user experience.

These include a digital library of instruction manuals, the industry code of practice document, an industry news feed, an events calendar, a members directory, safety bulletins and a help centre. We also created a CMS that could monitor the reports, set tasks for each inspector and be used by companies that were creating new towers and required inspections.
