Our Relationship

Covers and Cases approached us at their inception, they had developed some great relationships with suppliers and were looking to build an infrastructure to sell and promote their impressive range of, well, covers and cases. We developed their own site and accompanying mobile site as well as integrating them with our multi-channel ecommerce suite to leverage the power of eBay and Amazon. We continue to work with them on their digital marketing and improving their conversion rates across all channels.

The Distance have produced some great work which has enabled Covers and Cases to move from concept to a fully functioning, multi-channel ecommerce offering in three months.

The logo developed by the team at The Distance together with the associated branding style helps to convey the image of providing protection for your phone with the multi-coloured force-field around the phone.

The main user interface was always going to be a particularly thorny issue to address with the number of different brands and types of phones that are available being large and growing all the time. The Distance came up with a wonderful, user-friendly solution to address this issue and the site has a graphical, user-friendly interface that allows people to quickly go to the right place for the device that they have.

With the integration to their multi-channel ecommerce suite allowing multiple sales channels to be maintained from a single interface, Covers and Cases is able to manage a multi-channel offering without the headache of ensuring that stock levels are consistent across the different channels and can manage both inventory and pricing levels across the various channels.

I have really enjoyed working with the team at The Distance over the last few months and look forward to a continued, fruitful relationship in the future as we develop the Covers and Cases business over the coming months and years.
